At Eón Beauty, every order is custom-branded and made to order, which means each product is created especially for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once we review your request, we’ll be happy to replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost. Please note that refunds are not available for these cases, only replacements will be issued.
We cannot process replacements for issues reported after the 7-day window, or for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of scent or texture, or minor variations in packaging.
Custom Orders
All products sold by Eón Beauty are custom-branded and made to order. For this reason, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available once your order has entered production.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Contact@eonbeauty.ca, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to track it down or arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (Canada): Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please check at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 CAD.
